Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is a vital part of our sport. As a club we offer weekly strength and connditioning sessions in the Sports Sheffield S&C room. This give our players the opportunity to train in an environment specialized for strength and conditioning while being surrounded by teammates. As a challenge to the players we have our Steel Sabres and Steel Sabres Gold lifts which compromise of the 4 major compound movements: Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift and Squat. Acheiveing all 4 of these lifts in one of the categories will earn you a Steel Sabres or Steel Sabres Gold T-shirt!
